This page is dedicated to all those things that I hate or just dislike, not necessarily about Wargaming but most will be!.

A.

Now one of the things that gets my goat is players not bothering about figures or terrain, just recently I played against a pair of gamers who when they placed their Army's Camp on the table just placed rectangles of plasticard that had filler spread on the surface and then painted green.  This 'Universal Camp' they described as their answer to the problem of having to produce new camps for new armies. Poor dears!! they must really get tired.

B.

When playing in a timed competition and two opponents have decided that neither will win or achieve the score that they think is satisfactory, there is the habit of late to call it quits with a nice 5-5 draw , whilst everyone else in the competition battle it out to the bell, now call me old fashioned but this gamesmanship stinks!! and what's more competition organisers should penalise players caught in the act!

C.

Wargamers that can't be bothered about painting their figures, now I Know that because of the large swathe of history that DBM ancients covers it is difficult to get historical match ups, but never the less I think historical gamers should at least make some effort to provide near period figures and paint them to a reasonable standard.  If they have difficulty in painting figures then either pay some one to paint them or trawl the bring and buy at shows for suitable matches.
